NEW style Strawberry Mead.      Strawberry Meads and wines are typically on the sweet side. 

   This batch is not as sweet as prior ones.    On a 1-6 scale the usual Strawberry would be a 4 - 4.5       The mead presented here today is closer to 2.5 - 3     Same  delicious strawberry flavor,  slightly more noticible out from under the sweetness.
